Oben EV’s New Electric Bike Launching Soon

Oben EV, a Bengaluru-based start-up, announced its plans for the future. The company is going to launch its first product in March 2022. After this, three other two-wheelers will be launched every six months for the next two years.

The bike will compete with the Tork Kratos and the Revolt RV400 in India’s niche affordable electric motorcycle segment.

What’s the buzz about this new Oben E-bike?

Oben EV has come out with the bike’s specs and with a top speed of 100 kmph the bike has a range of 200 kilometers. 

According to Oben EV, the bike is equipped with a color LCD console, LED illumination, and smartphone connectivity. In addition, the bike features an attractive design.

Ms Madhumita Agrawal, the co-founder of Oben Electric mentioned that they have tested this bike vigorously keeping the customer feedback in mind and so they are confident that this bike will be received well by Indian consumer. 

The Oben EV e-bike is expected to cost somewhere between Rs. 1.2 and 1.5 lakh (ex-showroom).
