Today we are talking about an electric scooter called FLIO from Ozotec Automobile Private Limited which has its base in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu. The company is focussed on providing people with daily commuting scooters with high durability and high load carrying capacity.
FLIO comes in 5 colours – white, pink, grey, silver and blue. The build quality is excellent and it has Front and rear disc brakes.
The scooter weighs 95 kgs and comes with an USB charger, mobile holder and Remote keys
One unique factor of the scooter is that it has spacious leg room which can even hold a gas cylinder with ease. The under seat storage space of 19 liter
The scooter uses a 3kw 42Ah 72V Lithium Ferrous cylindrical Battery. The Battery is IP67 water and dust resistant and has a world class patented technology with an expected recharge cycles of 4000. There is no need to replace the battery as it’s serviceable.
The company is providing a 6 years/100000 kms warranty with a life expectancy of 15 years.
The company is working on a Fast charging system where the scooter recharges to run 100+ kms in 35 minutes.
The charging time with the overnight charging cable is expected to be around 6 hours
The scooter comes with three modes – ECO – NORMAL – SPEED. In ECO mode at 30 kmph speed we can expect 150 to 180 kms range and in speed mode they guarantee 100 plus kms range.
The scooter has a best in class ground clearance – 160mm which enables us to drive FLIO in all types of roads and offers best in class stability.
The scooter comes with Powerful and Bright LED projector headlamps as well as a Digital speedometer.
The Control Unit and Motor will have a 3 years warranty. The charging cable will get 1 year warranty
The on-price of Flio Electric scooter is starting from Rs 89200/- for the white color and other colors have a slight premium and they are priced at Rs. 92400/- these prices are expected to change as per your city. Being a non-registered model having insurance for this model scooter is not mandatory but we recommend buyers opt for the same as it’s always helpful during any uncertainties.
