Central Government sanctioned nearby Rs 26,000 crore worth of PLI to the auto sector to boost electric car production

Central Goverment approved around Rs 26,000 crore worth of PLI (production linked incentive) scheme which will assist with boosting the creation of electric vehicles and hydrogen fuel vehicles in the country. The public authority assesses that the supported PLI plan will in all likelihood create as numerous as 7.5 lakh occupations for the auto area.

The new plan will assist with boosting the creation of electric vehicles and hydrogen fuel vehicles in the country.

The declaration comes on the setting of the plan reported last year for the whole auto industry, including vehicle assembling and its subordinate units, which cost Rs 57,043 crore, for a time of five years.
